What is AsiaSample?
Answer: AsiaSample works with marketing research companies all over the world, helping them find out what consumers think about products, ideas, and issues of the day. This is your opportunity to convey your views.
Do I have to pay anything to join?
Answer: No! AsiaSample membership is free. We will never ask you for money, or try to sell you anything. We are only interested in your opinions.
Can other members of my household also join AsiaSample?
Answer: No! Each household could only have one AsiaSample account.

How can I update my information?
Answer: You can change and update your account information (email address, password, personal information, household information) by logging into AsiaSample’s Secure Member’s Area.
How do I unsubscribe from AsiaSample?
Answer: We're sorry to lose you, but if you have to go we've made it quick and easy for you to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe by logging into AsiaSample's Secure Member's Area, and clicking on unsubscribe.
Taking Surveys
Why was the survey closed when I went to take it?
Answer: Occasionally surveys fill up more quickly than we expect, and we apologize if a survey was closed before you could take it. In general, you can expect a survey to remain in the field for a period of 3 - 5 days.
Why don’t I qualify for some surveys?
Answer: Researchers want to hear from people of different ages, income levels, ethnicities, regions of the country, etc. If many people from a certain group or region have taken the survey, the researcher may not be able to accept more responses from that group. We try to send the right number of invitations to make sure this doesn’t happen, but sometimes the response from our loyal panel members is greater than we expect, so we have to turn away some people.

Will I get paid for this?
Answer: For every survey you successfully qualify for and complete you would be paid cash via PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account?
Answer: Yes. You can request payment via PayPal at any time.

How can I sign up for PayPal?
Answer: Signing up for PayPal is a quick and easy process! Simply go to PayPal's homepage to sign up today.
How will I know AsiaSample has sent a payment to my PayPal account?
Answer: As soon as you request payment via PayPal, we begin processing this request. When the funds have been added to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification directly from PayPal. This email will indicate the amount of money that was added to your account, and also provide a transaction ID for future reference.
Privacy
What will you do with my personal information?
Answer: We use your email address to send you invitations to participate in new surveys and to contact you with messages about the AsiaSample panel. Our research clients will never receive personally identifiable information about our panel members, nor will they be able to identify panel members without your express permission.
